Anything around 30 degrees turns into a front delt exercise for me. Tried 15 degrees and finally felt my upper chest, but it looks basically flat lol.
Anybody actually build decent upper pecs using a super low incline?

Natural BodybuildingI'm hitting glutes 3x a week and ending up around 20 hard sets total. Mostly hip thrusts, RDLs, split squats and abductions. Strength was moving up for a while but now Im just permanently sore and my last few sets feel kinda pointless. Sleep and protein are fine. Would you cut sets first or just drop the third day entirely? Curious where everyone elses sweet spot is for actually growing55
Natural BodybuildingI used to take 1 minute breaks cause I felt lazy scrolling my phone. But my weight would drop drastically between sets. Recently started taking 2.5 minutes on big lifts and 2 on isolations. Feel like I'm making progress agan. Do you guys time rests or just wait until you feel ready?12
Natural BodybuildingI'm starting to get thicc and need advice. I’ve made a lot of strength gains but my stomach is growing as well. Do you guys switch to a cut based on an eye test or something else? Curious what the process is for people who've done several bulk and cut cycles.44
Natural BodybuildingI see guys turn full ROM bicep curls into standing hip thrusts when going for a max, then celebrate a PR. Same deal with half rep leg presses and rows that become lower back swings. I've started tracking load AND rep quality. If the last rep looks nothing like the first, I don't add weight next week. Ego hates it. Muscles like it.42
Natural BodybuildingI’ve been lifting for 16 years. My supplement stack is: 1g of protein per pound per day Viagra before lifting for blood circulation 6g of creatine per day 5g of beta alanine per day spaced out over 7 doses Fish oil Vitamin D Multivitamin Yohimbine24
Natural BodybuildingBeen trying to bring my legs up but work already has me climbing lifting and dragging crap around all day. If I train legs hard before a shift I'm useless. After work my squat numbers are straight garbage. Anybody working a physical job found a split that actually works? Thinking legs Friday night then spend Saturday walking like a newborn deer lol65
Natural BodybuildingBeen skipping direct ab work because they're covered up anyway and heavy lifts hit them some. Now I'm wondering if thats just lazy fat guy logic. Do you guys always do abs?18
Natural BodybuildingGood exercise I guess, but the setup sucks and I can barely breathe after. Swapped them for reverse lunges and my quads are growing fine. Starting to think Bulgarians are mostly popular because misery makes people feel productive47
15 is fine. your ribcage and arch change the actual angle anyway so the angle of the bench isn't everything. If you feel it, keep doing it

The arch part makes sense. Gonna stick with 15 for a while. Thanks

Yes but I'd say alternate back and forth. Could just be bad form at 30

I don't see much reason to force it. Do 15 til it stops working for them.
