DMCA Takedown Notices

To help us process your notice, include all information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of works.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it on the service.
  • Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. A counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction required by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy for terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may treat a user as a repeat infringer when we receive multiple valid copyright complaints concerning material posted by that user, when the user repeatedly posts material that has been removed or disabled for copyright infringement, or when other evidence indicates a pattern of infringing activity.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, restrict account features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. We may also consider valid counter-notices, retractions, mistaken notices, and other relevant context when determining whether a user is a repeat infringer.

Submit a Notice

Use the DMCA takedown form to send us a structured notice. Please do not submit knowingly false claims; misrepresentations may result in liability.
