Mods cannot directly remove content or ban users, only submit priority reports.
Forum rules can restrict posts, but not comments.
Posts can restrict top level comments with tags like "[Serious]" or "[Conservatives Only]" (depending on forum rules), but cannot restrict all comments.
NSFW/NSFL content is currently not allowed in comments. This content may be linked to, but must be labeled correctly.
Forums with a name that does not align with their rules will have rules struck down.
E.g. a "Politics" forum with rules restricting conservative views will have rules struck down.
