If I train legs hard before a shift I'm useless. After work my squat numbers are straight garbage. Anybody working a physical job found a split that actually works?

Went to the parts store last week and the guy ringing me up could barely tell me the total. Had to repeat everything twice. This is US. English is the language. You want a job dealing with the public then learn it. Im done with diversity. The guy fucking sucked. Deport anyone who can’t speak English.
