Deadbeats show up late or half ass the job and still keep their spot cause the union backs them. Real hard workers end up carrying the load. Companies get stuck and prices skyrocket for everyday people. Fire the bums and things would run smoother.
Unions just protect lazy workers. Bums are the cause of inflation.

Union workers can get fired. Management just has to document the problem and follow the contract. If a supervisor retains someone whos constantly late or not working, that's on them.
And come on, a single guy who’s lazy isn't setting grocery prices or rent. Bad workers exist everywhere. So do bad managers.

No. If firing somebody takes months of paperwork and grievance meetings, a lot of supervisors will just live with the problem
