I already paid for the food. Not my job to cover their payroll. Just hike the menu prices and pay a real wage. Average service gets nothing from me.

A lot of servers would fight this because they make way more on tips than they'd get from whatever "real wage" the restaurant settles on. An occasional jerk like you doesn't change anything.

Congrats, you just made one employee fund your little protest. Stiffing the server doesn't pressure the owner. The owner still got paid.

And then they'll complain to their boss and maybe the boss will pay them more. That's on the boss
