No fault divorce was one of the dumbest things we ever did. Wife gets bored or finds some guy at work and she can walk with the kids and half the stuff. Men get zero protection. Fine you want to get divorced? You get nothing. No money and maybe limit access to the kids. Whoever initiates should be punished, but the breadwinner should not lose out financially

Marriage already has a built-in prenup. It's called state divorce law, and most people sign up without reading the terms.
Want different terms? Get an actual prenup. But bringing back fault divorce just creates a courtroom circus where everyone pays lawyers to prove cheating, cruelty, or abandonment. Great business for attorneys. Terrible for everyone else.
