The solicitor general wants time before SCOTUS to argue AR-15 bans are unconstitutional. A basic right shouldn't depend on whether politicians think a rifle looks scary.
Yeah and a single national wage minimum is especially dumb. Labor markets and living costs vary wildly. Minimum wage in Manhattan should not be the same as Nebraska.
