The rule should cover electronic monitoring generally, not only products labeled "AI". Otherwise companies can avoid disclosure by calling the same system analytics, security software, workforce optimization etc.

The clearest rule would be about obstruction. Nothing should be allowed to block a walkway. Easier to enforce.
