Fake News
News stories, articles, documents, or social media posts related to the US that are based on lies or misunderstanding the truth, usually on purpose. Must be from news organizations or supposedly unbiased public figures.
- LA Times pretends Trump said he wants Iran to bomb LA and San Diego
The LA Times is purposefully misunderstanding sarcasm to make up an inflammatory story. Trump said "[high gas prices] are a small price to pay for keeping the world safe" directly before sarcastically saying "Let them take out Los Angeles and San Diego". He was obviously saying if only libs knew that he saved them from Iran bombing them, then they'd support him.
