Only with real transparency and antitrust oversight. Ten landlords implementing the same price looks a lot like price fixing. Put em in jail.

No.. a landlord using a spreadsheet is fine duh. But when the software recommends leaving units empty rather than lowering rent we have a problem.

The issue is indirect collusion by using the same service to create prices. No one gives a rats ass about google docs
