Free SpeechEvery time they bump it, small stores cut hours or stop hiring. Then everyone acts surprised when those same people can't get a job. Not to mention it directly causes inflation when they have to raise prices to pay their employees more.20
Unpopular OpinionI'm a bartender, and I see people come in stressed or fake smiling then leave after a few drinks and some bad decisions looking lighter. Sitting in a quiet room talking about your childhood for an hour just keeps you stuck in your head. Go dance, talk shit with strangers, make dumb choices. NOT saying never get help but most folks just need to get out of their apartment and stop treating every feeling like a crisis.13

Lol wtf. No, he wants to end private property. There are already many laws restricting landlords. I'd be fine with this but communism is not the answer

He's not a communist. Democrat "Socialists" of America

It leads to communism always

Would be nice but not needed. As of now it's pretty close unless they try charging amenity fees. Even then the total exta will be like a max of $50-$100 per month
Share
$100 a month is $1,200 a year. That's a significant amount of money

Its really not. Just work a little bit harder and you’ll be ok
