They strike for more money and less hours every couple years while yheir students keep failing. Now its pronouns and drag shows in elementary. No pay increases until they teach reading and math.

A blanket pay freeze would hurt good teachers too. Audit the classroom. Maybe put microphones in classes that AI analyzes to make sure there’s no woke bs.
