Because one nobody supposedly on the right said the childcare policy to encourage stay at home moms sounded socialist, CNN does its best to frame Trump as a socialist. A social program is not socialism. And having an increase in kids is the one kind of social program conservatives should support.
Proof they know socialism is bad. If socialism was good they would have never said this

If they thought it was good they would have followed the path of:
"it isn't happening" > "it rarely happens" > "it is happening and it's good".
When they know it's real bad it follows path of:
"it isn't happening" > "it's actually you that's doing the bad thing"
