Gonna be in tact for 1 day before some lib judge overturns it
We need 60 republican senators to save America
If we got 60, 5 of them would be spineless John Thune types. We need 65.
The problem is the Constitution says "whole number of persons" rather than citizens. I like the idea but an executive order probably won't last now that Amy Coney Barrett is a liberal.
Amy can be recovered imo
Some illegal or someone here on a tourist, student, or work visa should obviously not count towards representation
Tourists already aren't counted. Student and work visa holders are if they actually live here, as they should .
Our laws affect them.
