What's the best supplement stack?

    I'd recommend at least creatine, protein, and beta alanine. Looks like C4 only has a gram of creatine, so you might want to take more separately (about 5g a day).

    Those are the supplements with the most proof out there! Maybe I'll write up a detailed post on this!
