NOT saying never get help but most folks just need to get out of their apartment and stop treating every feeling like a crisis.13

No. The purpose of our system is to make changing things difficult. That makes it very hard for communism/fascism to take over, and very hard to make any substantive changes. But it has to be purposeful and not on a whim. Justices who are old and stubborn are actually holding our republic together.
