Yes. There should also be a public record showing how much they spent and which audiences they targeted. Online ads can disappear the second people start asking questions.

For ads above a reasonable threshold, yes. Include dollar amounts or percentages too. Make these communist organizations out themselves.

Yes, and it should trace the money back to the actual source. Naming some disposable PAC that was created last Tuesday tells voters nothing.
