Sometimes the kid just has no rules at home and figured out we will not do anything either. Kids must have consequences. For ads above a reasonable threshold, yes. Include dollar amounts or percentages too. Make these communist organizations out themselves.

Yes, and it should trace the money back to the actual source. Naming some disposable PAC that was created last Tuesday tells voters nothing.
