100%. screenshots and message monitoring can grab passwords, medical info, private conversations, all kinds of shit an employer has no business keeping. there should be hard limits on what they can collect too.

Yes. Employees should also be able to see the reports and dispute them. Software deciding a bathroom break or reading something off-screen means you're slacking is dumb enough without making the whole process secret.
